After I tore my ACL, Antony discussed the pros and cons of ACL reconstruction with me, I had surgery, and Antony continued to treat me afterwards. In the initial stage of my rehab, Antony helped mobilise and relieve my pain, also provided exercises and stretches to regain strength and mobility. The workout program was tailored to my lifestyle and sports-specific needs as I progressed, and I was pushed hard every session.
He is incredibly motivating and supportive, checking in on me and offering advice whenever I struggle with a certain exercise or movements. I'm extremely grateful for his help!!

During our first session with Antony, we both agreed to not stop till my elbow gets the full range. When we first started, my right elbow was squeaking like a tinman. Within a few months time, we reached our goal, got the full range with no more squeaking and currently working on strengthening. Believe me there had been difficult days, but Antony was always patient, kind, focused and not allowed me to lose hope. He always explained the process clearly, observed my recovery in close range and encouraged me to do my exercises properly. It is a great relief to be working with a professional whose thoughts are aligned with yours and aiming for the best for his patients.
